TOOLS TO INCREASING FINANCIAL AND COMMERCIAL AWARENESS OF ENTERPRISES

Abstract
In dynamic change business it is important to enterprises’ managers and stuff to demonstrate sound financial and commercial thinking, to be conscious of costs and value for money with the right financial and commercial knowledge and skills to support them in their day-to-day roles. Understand that financial and commercial awareness is about more than managing budgets, it’s also about understanding the total costs of what we do and finding opportunities to use our resources more wisely – so this matters to everyone, not just financial managers. Strategy is the ‘big picture’ stuff. Now we need to look at the nuts and bolts of business: money.
