Abstract
M.M. Mogylova. The transformation of institutional reproduction environment of fixed assets of agricultural enterprises in Ukraine. The current stage of development of the economy of the most developed countries is characterized by high-tech agricultural production with the level of availability of assets. The timely update of fixed assets ensuring sustainable economic development of enterprises in market conditions. Provision the fixed assets of agricultural enterprises in Ukraine inferior to its level in the countries with advanced economies. One reason for this - a long-term and unsettled process of industrial fixed assets reproduction due to lack of appropriate institutions. This determines the relevance of the study. The subjects of research are theoretical and applied aspects of institutional changes and their impact on processes of reproduction of fixed assets of agricultural enterprises. A research objective is substantiation of the impact of the transformation of the institutional environment for the reproduction of fixed assets of agricultural enterprises in Ukraine. Methodological research basis is dialectical approach to knowledge, institutional approach to study the processes of reproduction of fixed assets, the fundamental provisions of institutionalism. In its process the methods as abstract-logic, historical, theoretical generalization, system analysis, synthesis, monographic were applied. Results of research. Important factors that affect the process of reproduction of fixed assets of agricultural enterprises are institutions and institutional changes. Gradual transformation of the institutional environment reproduction of Ukrainian agricultural enterprises’ fixed assets during transitional and the transformation growing period of the national economy and the agricultural sector accompanied by the emergence of "institutional traps" and the formation of effective institutions and organizations to provide reproductive processes. Timely identification and understanding of the importance of inefficient institutions macro- and micro level minimizes their negative impact. Accordingly, the potential usage of effective institutions promotes the settlement of the reproduction process and ensure its appropriate size, recurrence, type and other parameters. Sphere of results application. Results of the study will contribute ground of an effective mechanism of fixed assets reproduction management of agricultural enterprises on the principle of adapting to changes in the institutional environment and they are useful for the government in the formation of the necessary institutions to ensure conditions of reproduction of fixed assets.
