TRENDS FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE UKRAINIAN NATURAL RESOURCES LEGISLATION SYSTEM

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the system of natural resources legislation and the formation of conceptual provisions for its improvement. It is pointed out to the urgent need to develop a concept for the development of natural resources legislation of Ukraine, the purpose of which should be to make proposals for the formation and improvement of the foundations of natural resources legislation as an operating and developing regulatory legal system. The necessity to adopt the basic law on natural resources and natural resources is determined – the Natural Resource Code, which would contain a unified basis for the use of natural resources. The systematization of the General Part of the Natural Resource Code should take place in the form of codification, the Special Part – in the form of consolidation, on the basis of the current resource law of Ukraine.
