Abstract
Розкрито поняття інновацій, інноваційної діяльності, інноваційного розвитку. Доведено актуальність упровадження на підприємствах індустрії гостинності інноваційних технологій. Запропоновано систематизацію основних напрямів інноваційної діяльності за масштабами їхніх змін. Наведені концептуальні напрями інноваційної діяльності у сфері готельного та ресторанного господарств, шляхи їх реалізації. Доведено, що розробка і впровадження інновацій забезпечують підприємству готельно-ресторанної галузі конкурентні переваги.
