UNIMPORTANT BUSINESSES: DEBATABLE QUESTIONS QF APPEAL REVISION

Abstract
The normative settlement of concept "Unimportant businesses" is analysed in the article. Expansion of plenary powers of court is investigated at the decision of question about the right of appeal revision of court decisions on unimportant businesses. The resonant questions of judicial practice are examined.
