Abstract
Remarks on the arbitration of resolving Internet domain name disputes In this article the author briefly points out some of the fundamental problems with arbitration which concerned resolving domain name dispute resolution. The study covers technical and legal issues. In the aforementioned paper, the author analyzes procedural issues such as the arbitrator's legal status, the conduct of arbitration, and its impact on the procedure for depriving a domain subscriber at NASK. In the following part, the author focuses on the grounds for resolving domain name disputes. In the summary, the role of arbitration in modern economic affairs is stressed again.
