VICTIM CONSENT TO CAUSE HARM TO THEIR PROPERTY IN THE SYSTEM OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article presents the scientific and theoretical justification of criminal legal characteristics of the victim consent to the infliction of harm to his property by a complex system of comparative legal research of criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine. The conclusion made about the conditions under which the victim’s consent to the infliction of harm to their own property may be recognized as circumstance, precluding criminality.
