VIOLATION OF LEGISLATIVE PROCEDURE AS METHOD FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE E-GOVERNANCE IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of compliance with the legislative procedure when adopting the Law of Ukraine “About the Unified State Demographic Register”. The domestic legislation is analyzed in the version valid at the time of events.
