Violența domestică – cauză generatoare majoră a infracțiunii de provocare ilegală a avortului

Abstract
La violence domestique est un problème mondial auquel tous les pays du monde sont confrontés, bien camouflée et déguisée par de nombreuses fausses idées sur le rôle traditionnel de l’homme et de la femme dans la famille et la société. Elle affecte complètement la personnalité, physiquement et psychologiquement, le processus étant suivi de conséquences dévastatrices. L’un d’entre eux est l’ avortement illégal, un autre fléau qui déséquilibre l’évolution ordinaire de la vie, le monde contemporain et nos descendants.
