ВПРОВАДЖЕННЯ СІЛЬСЬКОГО ТУРИЗМУ В УКРАЇНІ: ПРОБЛЕМИ, БІЗНЕС-МОДЕЛІ, БІЗНЕС-ПЛАНУВАННЯ

Abstract
T.A. Butenko, V.M. Dyomina, V.M. Syry, Y.O. Sotnikov. Introduction of rural tourism in Ukraine: problems, business models, business planning. The article cites the following problems of the development of rural tourism in Ukraine: the lack of a sufficient regulatory framework; the lack of a methodology for the formation of conceptual bases for entrepreneurial activity; lack of tools for the introduction of territorial production forms and promising areas for the development of cross-border cooperation of entrepreneurs. Solving these problems requires the development of scientific and applied solutions. The article shows the necessity of clustering existing business models and developing appropriate business plans taking into account the specifics of Ukraine and its regions. The article describes the main business models of rural tourism: concentrated, integrated, distributed, network and resource models. The authors of the article suggest using the tool "Сanvas" for concretizing the business model of rural tourism and developing an appropriate business plan. The article introduces the integrated business model of sports and recreation facilities in the protected area of the training and experimental forestry of the KNAU named after V.V. Dokuchaev. The authors of the article presented recommendations on the activation of the development of agrarian tourism in Ukraine: the development of a methodical and regulatory framework for rural tourism; creation of special information resources for attracting potential customers; organization of training of specialized specialists; promotion of Ukrainian rural tourism abroad; joint efforts of entrepreneurs and authorities to form regional strategies for the development of territorial-production forms of rural tourism.
