Abstract
Changes in the Ukrainian economy led to a significant increase in demand for educational services and the corresponding increase in admission to higher educational institutions. Every year, the number of graduates that are first time out on the labour market. These young graduates, with the appropriate level of professional education, expect to find a job with a degree for a job that would meet their requirements. At the same time, in terms of an imbalance between demand and supply of labour, there have been significant problems in the employment process.
