WAYS TO IMPROVE MOTIVATION DURING LEARNING ENGLISH

Abstract
In the article the definition of motivation is given. The main ways to increase the motivation of students of technical universities in the study of English are considered. Different points of view on the importance of motivation in the teaching process are presented. The types of motivation are considered, their interrelation with the learning process is defined. The analysis of a written questionnaire on various motives for studying English at students of junior and senior courses of the Educational and Scientific Center “Institute of Biology and Medicine” of Taras Shevcenko National University of Kyiv.
