Wybrane korzyści wynikające ze stosowania biopaliw transportowych w Polsce Cz. I. Surowce odpadowe i uboczne do produkcji biopaliw transportowych

Abstract
Issues of transport biofuels sector in Poland, in particular the benefits resulting from their uses were presented. The sugar and meat industry each year produces considerable amounts of waste, which in the situation of improper manage can be a burdensome to the environment and dangerous for humans. The result of it is the search effective and cost-effective methods of waste conversion into other products. Molasses, animal fats and used cooking oils can be successfully used for the production of biofuels. Przedstawiono problematykę biopaliw transportowych, w szczególności korzyści wynikające z ich stosowania. Przemysł cukrowniczy czy mięsny wytwarzają co roku znaczące ilości odpadów, które w przypadku niewłaściwego zagospodarowania mogą być uciążliwe dla środowiska i niebezpieczne dla ludzi. Skutkiem tego jest poszukiwanie skutecznych i opłacalnych metod zamiany odpadów w inne produkty. Melasa, tłuszcze zwierzęce oraz oleje posmażalnicze mogą być z powodzeniem wykorzystywane do produkcji biopaliw.
