Znaczenie symulacji komputerowych w nauczaniu energoelektroniki; The Importance of Computer Simulation in Teaching of Power Electronics

Abstract
Energoelektronika jest jednym z ważniejszych przedmiotów, których uczą się przyszli inżynierowie elektrycy. Wymaga on od studentów znajomości różnych dziedzin techniki. Przedmiot ten w zakresie praktycznym charakteryzuje się dużymi wymaganiami odnośnie do zapewnienia właściwych warunków nauczania, wysokimi kosztami realizacji, drogim i specjalistycznym sprzętem laboratoryjnym. Ze względu na przedstawione problemy w nauczaniu złożonych układów energoelektronicznych wymaga się stosowania badań symulacyjnych. Nie każdy program symulacyjny, zwłaszcza stosowany wcześniej w elektronice, można wykorzystać w energoelektronice. W opracowaniu pokazano przykłady praktycznego wykorzystania badań symulacyjnych oraz korzyści i ograniczenia, jakie niosą one ze sobą.; The power electronics is one of the most important subjects for future electrical engineers. It is a difficult subject requiring from students the knowledge of: circuit theory, electronics, energy, electric drive and control theory. The complex systems of power electronics require simulation studies in the teaching process. Not every simulation program, previously used in electronics, can be used in power electronics. One of the recommended programs is the PSIM, which includes interface library tailored to the needs of the user and power electronics. The paper presents examples of practical use of the simulation program and the benefits and limitations eventuate from its use.
