Abstract
In the scientific article researched some issues related to state control and supervision in the field of construction of various countries of the world. Was carried out qquestions on the implementation of technical regulation of construction are disclosed. Investigated the order for exercising control and supervision over legislation in the field of construction. Some provisions have been proposed to improve the legislation in the field of construction taking into account international experience. The main directions of further scientific research are determined.
