Abstract
I.I. Chernega, N.O. Shevchenko, N.O. Blenda. Analysis of current milk market in Ukraine. In the article the state of the milk market in Ukraine, the dynamics of the average number of cows and milk yield per cow in all categories. Determined share in total milk production of agricultural enterprises and farms. The comparison levels of production and consumption of milk and dairy products per capita in Ukraine. On the basis of the study found that the current state of the milk market and dairy products in Ukraine is characterized by such adverse events as a decline in production of raw milk, low purchasing power of consumers, reducing the consumption of milk and dairy products, increase the number and proportion of small and low commodity market operators, disparity prices of agricultural and industrial products. This article proposes measures to address the problems of the primary market of milk based intensification, i.e. increasing the level and full feeding; implementation of industrial technologies and progressive forms of organization and remuneration; improving the overall culture of cattle; revival of large specialized dairy farms. Found that ensure milk production does not solve the problem of low power consumption products.
