Arquivos Inteligentes: O Uso do Hipertexto Digital na Recuperação da Informação

Abstract
Technological innovations and information, especially digital ones, have produced changes in organizational structure, routine activities, in access to and use of information in the relations of power and knowledge, thus requiring organizational management, the search for forms of integration and participation of this new reality. Due to the enormous output of information in organizations, and consequently the systems with huge volume, what is found in traditional information systems is an eternal and painful search for what you want. Therefore, this paper discusses the use of digital hypertext in the recovery process of digital information into electronic files as a way of facilitating access and use. More specifically, it contextualizes the hypertext management processes in the light of information science. More important than keeping the information is its recovery. So, in order to have an interoperability with the needs of management, retrieval, access and use the information in this scenario, it is essential to build tools to meet this demand. This study made use of the exploratory research, with a qualitative approach, and is inserted into a theory field. The methodology also included a bibliographical study of this literature.
