Budget expenditures in the context of providing economic development

Abstract
The present article is dedicated to the definition of the essence and content of budget expenditures of development. The article provides a quantitative and qualitative assessment of the development expenditures of the State Budget of Ukraine, incl. State fund of regional development, local budgets of development in 2016 The changes to the Budget Code of Ukraine, budget classification, methodical provision of the system of national accounts of Ukraine are grounded.
