CONCEPT OF RESTRICTIONS OF THE RIGHT OF PROPERTY IN THE RIGHTS OF FOREIGN COUNTRIES

Abstract
The article is devoted to nutrition restrictions on property rights in the law of foreign countries. The concept and types of restrictions of property rights in the right of separate foreign countries are investigated. Features and attributes of individual releases are analyzed and established. It is concluded that the restriction of property rights in the European continental law and order of vinicles has developed in connection with the need to legally secure an economically necessary fate of nonowners in favor of Already acquired by the owners of someone else’s real estate, especially land plots.
