CONSULTING AS A TOOL OF INNOVATIVE ECONOMY

Abstract
Introduction. Recent years, Ukraine is committed to the systematic and integrated provision of innovation development of the national economy, but at the same time, innovation practice remains unsystematic and fragmented. Lack of information and qualification in the field of innovation management, uncertainty and dynamic conditions of functioning of the organizations cannot achieve the necessary level of effectiveness and efficiency of innovation development of Ukraine. We can offer consulting as one of the tools to solve problems and provide effective and innovative development. Methods. In the process of research we used the methods of systematic and abstract logical analysis, statistical analysis, graphical method. Results. The results of the study indicate that structural-functional features of the scope of the consulting help to stabilize the relationship between the public and private sectors in the innovation process. According to the structural characteristics and functional mechanisms of consulting, of course, is a tool of direct interaction of scientific organizations, the immediate developers of innovative technologies and projects with organizations representing manufacturing, business, consumer innovation, and is a potential source of funding for innovative technologies, i.e. fosters innovation and investment processes. The use of consulting resources in the innovation process contributes to the development of the state, inter-firm and corporate management of innovative activity, increase of innovative culture on the basis of the dissemination and implementation of knowledge about international standards, rules and regulations of innovative behavior. Discussion. In the framework of the concept of innovation development of Ukraine up to 2020, innovative consultancy can provide this process through the organization of effective interaction between innovation and society, through informing about new technologies, methods and techniques of production, the organization of the control system in the implementation of innovative activities, that is, adequately provide for the relationship of producer and consumer, acting as a mediator between them. For this, it is a topical issue not only with the dissemination, management and innovation consulting, but also improve their professional level and ability to perform the tasks from the point of view of a specified government innovative course.
