Continuity and change as a problem of management theory in a “new normal” economy conditions

Abstract
+e main purpose of this paper is to take part in the discussion under the problem of continuity and change in a modern management theory and practice. +e analysis is presented at the context of the new concept – the trial of new description of the contemporary economy as “new normal”. A comparison of approaches and points of views of some well known Polish researchers is presented too. The second part of the paper is focused on Gary Hamel concept “management 2.0”, especially at the context of his newest book: What Matters Now: How to Win in a World of Relentless Change, Ferocious Competition, and Unstoppable Innovation.
