CREATIVE WORK OF TEACHER DURING PREPARATION FOR LESSONS

Abstract
Introduction. Modern society puts the new quality requirements for the teacher as an individual, so there is a need to study the historical experience and knowledge that will use those ideas to help prepare comprehensively developed person - highly skilled and creative teacher. Methods. The article highlights the modern methods of students creative development in Mohyliv-Podilskyi technological and economic college Vinnitsa NAU. Results. In modern conditions, after the sharp turn to creativity in education, the teachers work becomes more akin to scientific researches. Nowadays teachers need to be aware of the latest researches in various fields of science. The teacher won’t be able to overcome the modern challenges in education without the personal library reference system and computer support. Discussion. The teacher has to develop his own work system based on the achievements of science and technology, that provides a complex solution of any educational problem. Experience cannot be transferred. It must be learnt. It cannot be implemented. It must be designed into a specific pedagogical environment. Such experience arises in the process of creative work.
