FEATURES OF DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENTS’ PSYCHOLOGICAL READINESS FOR PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY

Abstract
The problem of students-psychologists training for active employment in the future is considered in the article. Specifics of professional activity motivation in the context of the individual’s psychological readiness for labor in general and specific criteria of students’ labor orientation as its central component are analyzed. Research findings of features of various courses students’ professional orientation in cognitive and emotional aspects are presented in the article; the key ways of its formation during the organization of educational process at higher education institutions are outlined.
