FEATURES OF THE LEGAL TECHNIQUE OF THE LAW OF UKRAINE “ON THE PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT” 1991

Abstract
The article deals with the legal technique of the Law of Ukraine “on the protection of the environment”, which was carried out by studying the following provisions: 1) the law should be socially significant; 2) the conformity of the name and content of the regulatory act; 3) the constitutionality of the legislative act; 4) quantitative indicators; 5) systemic; 6) providing logic; 7) language rules; 8) the sectoral nature of this law; 9) object approach. It is shown: the title of the law and its content correspond to each other, the presence in the law of the provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine, norms of various branches of law, as well as the systemic character through consideration of the hierarchy, integrity, and structuring of the law. Calculations of quantitative indicators according to which the greatest number of signs is devoted to issues of authority of the authorities in the field of environmental protection (16,1%), and the smallest – to resolve disputes in the field of environmental protection (0,8%). A significant unevenness in the distribution of material inside the text is proved.
