Abstract
I am honoured to present the 21 number of ‘Mokytojų ugdymas’ journal. The articles of the journal analyze three main topics: the abilities to recognize sexual deviation, violence and bereavement phenomena; the improvement of pedagogical process by applying socio-educational innovations and increasing motivation of education participants; the features of the development of the national education system and the improvement of the quality of teaching staff at schools. The last chapter of the journal includes topicalities.
