Formation of law culture of junior schoolchildren as an urgent problem of the present time

Abstract
The article highlights peculiarities of the formation of the law culture of junior pupils on the basis of pedagogical, sociological and legal studies. Bbasic characteristics of the law culture of the personality of junior pupils are determined to be knowledge and understanding of law, respect for the right of personal conviction, the habit of acting in accordance with the law, legal activity. Law education of junior pupils should be directed at solving some specific problems: mastering of law knowledge; education of respect to the rights and freedom of the individual; the formation of an internal need to protect legitimate rights and interests; the formation of responsible, law-abiding behavior.
