Abstract

We have long accustomed to the notion of a businessman, which implies a successful husband who has own business. But who is a businesslady? Judging by the polls of the population, most consider them incredibly stable women who are firmly aware of what they want from life. But that's wrong. Businesslady - a woman very careful, hardworking and smart. In addition, she looks great, perfectly owns the art of negotiations and is constantly engaged in self-development. More and more women in the modern world are becoming successful womens businessmen with men. They prove the fact: woman and business are compatible concepts. The results of research of Ukrainian scientists are close to the national employment statistics: the share of women managers in general (among all active subjects of economic activity) is 40 %. One of the main tasks of a successful business woman is to find a "golden mean" between business and personal life. Remember that all work moments should be left at the threshold of the apartment. Then you will achieve harmony and be happy. The image of a businesswoman in many is a delight. But nobody thinks at what price it is given. In order to succeed the business lady should adhere to some rules in the field of etiquette, behavior, conversation, style, attention, training. Modern women, in spite of emotionality, achieve tremendous success in dealing with cases. The style of a businesslady is bound to a lot. Therefore, it is not enough just to earn a lot of money; it is important to be able to answer your status. In order to be successful in any business, complex issues need to be solved, difficult decisions to be made and, at the same time, to remain a woman.
