Abstract
The article analyzes the basic conditions that must be in an administrative agreement. Attention is drawn to the importance of the administrative agreement in the development of the democratic elements of the implementation of the state executive and effective activities of other executive bodies. We believe that at the conclusion of an administrative agreement should clearly define the terms of the agreement, so the article focuses on is identify the key terms of the administrative agreement and conduct analysis.
