History of US – South-East Asia cooperation

Abstract
On the basis of public speeches, press conferences, interviews, statistical and other factual materials investigated bilateral relations of the United States of America (USA) with the Associa- tion of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), state and evolution of international relations in Southeast Asia (sea), including the development of multilateral regional cooperation level. Using synthesis, analysis, comparative-historical method, based on the principles of historicism and objectivity to the following conclusions. The policy of the Obama administration in Southeast Asia has given a new importance to U.S. relations with ASEAN as a collective body of the States of Southeast Asia. Promising is further study of the problem: how peace and prosperity will depend on cooperation between the United States, its allies, partners, and other countries that have common interests and problems. Critical to the success of any U.S. strategy toward the DOG lies in mutual understanding and political goals and objectives of the United States and partners. All these strategies are of paramount value and must be accepted and approved by senior miconazol power in each country.
