Identification of factors impacting successful implementation of customer relationship management in insurance companies

Abstract
This study is titled identification of factors impacting successful implementation of customer relationship management in insurance companies. The main aim of this study is identification of factors impacting the successful implementation of customer relationship management in insurance companies. This study explores customer relationship management and the interaction of employees with the customers. Also, the strategies for improvement of customer relationship management in insurance companies will be provided. The aim of this study is identifying those factors that are effective in implementation of customer communication management in insurance companies. It also highly helps managers for better understanding and recognition of these factors. Insurance companies have an important role in the economy of each country and they need to focus on creating and maintaining relationship with customer for survival in the competitive environment. Insurance companies, in order to provide appropriate services to the insured, should have a close relationship with the purchasers of insurance and especially the purchasers of non-obligatory insurances so that they are informed of the customers’ needs and provide appropriate insurances for meeting these needs. The data for this study will be collected by studying documents and use of questionnaire in addition to library information. The population of this study is consisted of insurance companies. The sampling method used in this study is multistep cluster method that is implemented in insurance companies in Tehran. The data collection time in this study has been from July 2014 to September 2014. This study can be considered as an applied study and of survey type. Descriptive statistical methods has been used for data analysis and inferential statistic including Spearman’s correlation text and regression analysis using SPSS will be used for showing the background variables and generalization of the results obtained from the sample to the population.
