Ideologems of Educational Reform.

Abstract

The reform of education in Ukraine encourages its performers to focus on the axiological aspects of educational activity. The researching question deals with the problem of correction of teachers valuables, emphasis of motivation and the change of attitudes among subjects of educational activity on the basis of the ideology of the updated legislation. The aim of the article is to distinguish between normative and legal acts defining the principles of reforming the educational sector, the key ideologues of the modern educational reform and the search for their possible influence on changes in the local ideologies of primary school teachers through the newly created professional start and the program of professional development. The material of the research is based on the analysis of ideological fields that create normative legal acts in education, pedagogical practice and implementation of the basic provisions of the reform of education. At the implementation stage of the reform at the elementary school level, there is a need to clarify the whole complex of ideas declared by performers and to determine the possibilities for the transition of these ideas from the level of educational ideology to the level of corporate pedagogical ideology of those who will implement the reform. The concepts of "ideology of education", "educational ideology", "local ideology", "corporate ideology" are defined. Based on a comparative analysis of legislation, the key ideas and principles that underlie education reform are identified. It is established that innovators for educators are ideologues of integrity, autonomy, partnership, which need to be rooted in the corporate ideologies of educationalist. It is grounded that the mentioned ideologues are a kind of ideological core of the reform, have a motivational and valuable potential for positive changes in education. It was proved that these ideas, principles, valuables are being changed, transformed, and even substituted by others. Therefore, it is important during the professional development of teaching staff to pay attention to the ideological and axiological aspects of reform. Implementation of the requirements of the new professional standard for elementary school teachers and the new primary school teacher training curriculum for postgraduate education should take place on the basis of the ideology and the relevant principles. It is concluded that these ideologists need to be taken into account in the process of updating the content and forms of teachers training in institutions of postgraduate education with teachers who are getting ready for work at the New Ukrainian School.
