MANAGING THE ASSETS AND RESOURCES OF STATE OWNERSHIP EXECUTIVE AUTHORITIES IN UKRAINE: SOCIO-ECONOMIC AND LEGALASPECTS

Abstract
The processes of formation and changes in the character of management of property and resources of state ownership in Ukraine during the transformation period are investigated. The existing classification of mechanisms management of state assets is analyzed in the activities of the executive authorities regarding objects of national and local significance. The necessity of transformation of the system of state management of resources and ownership of national assets into a socially oriented direction is substantiated. The innovative approaches in administrative differentiation of principles of management of objects of state ownership in Ukraine at the present stage are offered.
