Abstract
Abstract of article «Model assessing the quality of the intellectual product. The article discusses the option of using the information and analytical modeling for solving quantitative estimation problems of intellectual product quality. In this article the approach for organizing the process of quantifying products quality of the authors and editors of specialized publication is proposed. Also author provides a mechanism to remove «gap» between internal and external evaluation of articles. The algorithms of getting the quantitative estimation of the intellectual product are suggested.
