MODERN TRENDS OF FORMATION OF COMMUNICATIVE PRACTICES OF UKRAINIAN POLITICAL PARTIES

Abstract
The author of the article analyzes the main directions of the scientific definition of political communication, the specifics and functions of communicative practices of contemporary Ukrainian parties. The influence of the reform of decentralization of power on the communicative potential of the primary party cells was studied. The author concludes that political parties have created a wide network of forms of communication with social groups, the problem remains their effective and real use in decision making at different levels of political activity and management.
