ASPECTS REFERRING TO THE REGISTRATION OF SATELLITE IMAGES IN THE ACHIEVEMENT OF PHOTOMAPS

Abstract

 The paper presents a few aspects that refer to the process of the registration of the remotely sensed images in building a photomap. Some aspects concerning the process of registration, the calculation relations used as well as the modality of selection of the transformation control points are presented. Aspects that refer to the determination of the registration's accuracy achievement are also presented.
