O profissional da informação frente à lei de acesso à informação pública: condutas possÃveis

Abstract
This paper discusses the Brazilian Law of Access to Public Information (Law 12.527 of November 18, 2011), which regulates the access to the information in the public sphere, aiming noted opportunities for the professional practice of information in the context of adaptations to LAI. The reflections are guided by the method of literature review, focusing on issues-dilemma and practical aspects related to the implementation of that legislation. The importance and the fundamental role of the information professional are emphasized, because he is keeper of knowledge that must be taken into account in achieving and programs regarding access to public information laws.
