OBJECTIVE SIDE OF ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF SEARCH WORKS ON THE ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITE

Abstract
The purpose of the article is to research problem questions of definition of objective side of illegal conduct of search works on the archaeological site. The provisions of national legal acts regulating search works on the archaeological site are analysed. The author emphasizes the need to increase the efficiency of criminal law protection of archaeological heritage.
