PARTICIPANTS OF THE CIVIL PROCEEDING IN CASES THAT ARISING FROM THE INDIVIDUAL NON-PROPERTY LEGAL RELATIONS

Abstract
The article deals with the issues of participants in civil proceedings. The peculiarities of the parties in cases arising out of individual non-property legal relations are analyzed. The author investigates the concept of post thanatos rights and determines the ways of improving the current procedural law.
