PROBLEMS OF INFLUENCES OF CONVERGENCE ON THE CONTEMPORARY LAW AND STATE

Abstract
All arguments are given in favour of the fact that law convergence affects and therefore changes the law, as a phenomenon, which is becoming a regulator of social relations not only on the national, but on global level, for the most successful realization and achievement the maximum capacity of coherence convergence must satisfy some requirements. Defense mechanisms averting relapses of the law systems divergence must be created and improved. The activity of a modern state is conducted considering tendencies of the world society, bringing the state legislation to conformity with universally recognized norms of the international law. The author emphasizes the positive influence of the law convergence on the organization of the socium activity on an international scale.
