PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS OF THE SOCIAL SPHERE IN ORGANIZATION OF SOCIAL-POLITICAL HOLIDAYS IN SCHOOL: TRADITIONS AND INNOVATIONS

Abstract
The purpose of the article is to describe the experience of training future specialists of the social sphere in the H.S. Skovoroda KNPU for organizing social and political holidays in school. During the study, methods for comparing, analyzing, generalizing and systematizing scientific literature and advanced pedagogical experience were used. The characteristic of the contents and features of the professional training of future social pedagogues and social workers in the H.S. Skovoroda KNPU for organizing social and political holidays in school in the conditions of educational and upbringing work is presented. The description of the methodical support for the implementation of the proposed training process is included. The components of professional training of future specialists of the social sphere for the organization of social and political holidays in the school are determined, as well as experimentally confirmed the effectiveness of their application in the process of professional education.
