Prospective lines of innovative development of postgraduate education in Ukraine

Abstract
The purpose of the paper is to outline prospective lines of innovative development of postgraduate education in Ukraine. The article investigates the efficiency of performance and further development of postgraduate education in order to outline prospective lines of organizational and economic control of its development. The author emphasizes that implementation of innovative activities is the main factor affecting the competitiveness of postgraduate education, ensuring efficient use of resources, boosting the immunity of institutions, revealing new opportunities in the educational market. Research methodology. The objectives set in the paper are met using general scientific and specific research methods, namely: monographic, analysis and synthesis, systematization and generalization. Research results. Having studied current affairs and organizational and economic regulatory considerations of development of postgraduate education in Ukraine, taking into account the best practice strategies of innovative development, it has been proved that the further development of postgraduate education should start with existing development prospects of the industry and the region, which have their phases and historical stages of development, its own scientific and resource potential should be used. Practical importance of research results. The paper proves that a promising line of organizational and economic development of postgraduate education is its innovative development. It can ensure high effectiveness of the sphere development, increase competitive advantage of institutions, successfully deal with social and economic matters of the society. A real way for Ukraine to be globally competitive is to set internal and external context of competition existing in the international market.
