Abstract
Renal clear cell carcinoma is a malignant tumor and the most common histology type of renal cell carcinoma. In the head and neck occurs relatively rarely distant metastasis of malignant tumors located in the chest or abdomen. Renal cell carcinoma in only a few percent metastasize in the head and neck region. Tongue is a very rare point of location of such changes. Because of the sporadic occurrence of the problem the case of a 61-year-old patient with metastatic renal cell carcinoma to the tongue is presented.
