ПСИХОЛОГІЧНІ ОСОБЛИВОСТІ УЯВЛЕНЬ СУЧАСНОЇ МОЛОДІ ПРО ГЕНДЕРНІ ВІДМІННОСТІ ЛІДЕРСЬКИХ ЯКОСТЕЙ

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the analysis of the problem of studying the features of modern students' ideas about gender differences in the manifestations of personal qualities of male leaders and women leaders. The issues of understanding the phenomenon of leadership are discussed on the basis of approaches of various foreign and domestic psychologists. The problems of professional growth of women as leaders in modern conditions are considered. It is about the gender stereotypes that exist in society about the management of women and some empirical facts that explain or disprove them. In the article results of empirical research of representations of modern students about presence of distinctions in features of personal qualities of men-leaders and women-leaders are resulted. The identification of the psychological features of the notions of gender differences in leadership qualities is examined on the basis of a study of 50 students (boys and girls).
