THE ESSENCE AND CAUSES OF CAPITAL GROUPS’ DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

Watching the new economic reality, stronger tendency to the development of different forms of concentration of companies can be seen. Capital groups can be identified as one of these forms. As a primary reason for the capital groups’ formation we can consider the development of enterprise through the increase of economic activity and also gaining the competitive advantage. This elaboration shows an essence and ways of capital groups’ formation.
