The study of process, cultural and structural determinants of strategic management in organizations

Abstract
In today's dynamic and changing world management of organizations must be based on strategic management. To be effective, strategic management, must be implemented in accordance with certain principles, which translates sharing into three groups of determinants of effective strategic management – cultural, process and structural. The aim of the article were presentation that it is impossible today, the ef-fective application of strategic management in the organization, without the fulfilment of certain conditions within the sphere of both culture and process management, and construction and operation of the organization. The article presents a matrix built on the basis of separate factors for effec-tive strategic management. Were presented a questionnaire with which it is pos-sible to direct diagnosis of the organization.
