Theoretical foundations of production commercialization of innovative

Abstract
The purpose of the article is to identify the main scientific approaches to management of innovative products in the national economy of Ukraine, peculiarities of management and commercialization of innovative products justification suggestions for improvement areas and forms of innovation production agriculture. Research Methodology. Attainment of the objectives of the article made using such general and special methods of investigation, analysis and synthesis, generalization and systematization, the dialectical approach. Results. Justification theoretical and methodological foundations of management, organizational and economic measures for the formation, use and commercialization of innovative products in the agricultural sector of the national economy of Ukraine and found constraints of the process. The practical significance of the study. The article reveals the essence of the concept of "commercialization", based on the processed literature offered his own definition of "commercialization of innovative products" and describes principles of commercialization of innovative products.
