Validated stability indicating gradient RP-HPLC method for the estimation of antihypertensive drugs in bulk and pharmaceutical dosage forms

Journal Title: Indian Journal of Research in Pharmacy and Biotechnology - Year 2016, Vol 4, Issue 3

Abstract

A simple stability indicating gradient HPLC method for quantification of degradation products so formed under various stress conditions along with drugs was developed. The separation process was achieved by using INERTSIL ODS C18 3V (150 x 4.6, 5µ) column, and pH 3.5 Phosphate buffer and mixure of acetonitrile and methanol as mobile phase. A gradient program of 1ml/min was set along with 230nm of detection wavelength with10µl injection volume. The method was validated as per ICH guidelines.
