VALUE OF HOTEL RESTAURANT BUSINESS IN THE REGIONAL SYSTEM

Abstract
In article everywhere the prism of the theory of market economy is investigated the formation and development of hotel and restaurant business, as a component of the economic system of the region. The “services” of hospitality activity are considered as an economic category and its specific characteristics are determined. The necessity of switching to the new concept of hotel and restaurant business as one type of business that meets international standards and the quality of services provided is substantiated.
