DIVERSITY MANAGEMENT OF PERSONAL STAFF IN STEELWORKS

Abstract
Some problems connected with the staff structure in a metallurgical enterprises were presented in the article. In the case study was used ArcelorMittal Poland company. The changes in staff structure of the company were analyzed and the best practices as applied in the company in the field of diversity management were characterized in the article. This analysis was performed in construction of the diversity management methodology
