Model zapewnienia jakości kształcenia w szkole wyższej

Abstract
W ostatnim okresie w Polsce narzeka się na poziom nauczania w uczelniach wyższych. Z tego powodu wprowadzenie wewnętrznych systemów zapewnienia jakości kształcenia wydaje się być koniecznością, gdyż wpływają one na podnoszenie jakości edukacji oraz wzrost jakości usługi, jaką jest kształcenie. Wprowadzenie takiego systemu wymaga jednak modelowego podejścia uwzględniającego potrzeby wszystkich interesariuszy, którego propozycję przedstawiono w niniejszym opracowaniu.
